Are Medicare or Health Insurance rebates available for services?
Unfortunately, no. But rates for my time and specialised skills are competitive (and I am always upfront about anticipated costs so that you can plan this investment effectively). I am, however, an NDIS Provider. If you happen to have a child who is a participant under NDIS with 'Improved Daily Living' funding, you should consider Capacity as your provider!
Does Ralph have to be included in my session?
Absolutely not! It's entirely your choice. If you change your mind about his involvement, let me know. Ralph is always happy to meet new people and he won't be offended if you decide to send him on his way (let's be honest, he'll just get to have another nap!).
How is payment made?
By VISA/Mastercard at the end of each session. EFTPOS is not accepted. Direct Deposit can also be arranged in advance of a session.
What is the cancellation policy?
If, for some reason you need to cancel or postpone your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice via phone call or text. You will be charged 50% of your appointment fee for a cancellation made within 24 hours of your appointment.
